How it Works
Under 11s
For our Under 11s, the ‘Regionals’ Fun in Athletics competition is the pinnacle of the Sportshall year – competing as a team against some of the best in our region. It’s a great grounding for progressing through athletics in the future and many household name athletics stars started in their sport this way.
Under 13s and Under 15s
For our Under 13s and Under 15s, there’s even more to play for, as the winning teams in these age groups win the right to represent the East of England at the UK Sportshall Final – an unforgettable experience for all those who go and a highlight of the athletics year for all those involved.
How are Teams Selected?
The majority of the Squads will be selected on the performances and commitment from the league meetings, however, where the timing allows, the Norfolk Sportshall League Committee will recognise exceptional performances at the County Championships for possible inclusion.
Final selections will be made by the Norfolk Sportshall League Committee.
Squad Training
The county squads train together in the lead up to the Regional competition. Full details will be available to those selected in due course.
